1. SMS Program Description

CallRecover provides automated customer care and lead follow-up for service businesses. When you call a business that uses CallRecover and the call is missed, the call forwards to our AI voice agent. The agent takes your details, then asks: "Would you also like a text message confirmation? This is optional - we'll call you back either way." Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive a callback, schedule service, or complete any transaction. If you say yes and called from a mobile number, we send one message: "Classroom Panda LLC dba CallRecover: Reply YES to confirm SMS updates about your request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service." Only after you reply YES do further transactional SMS messages send.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most conversations involve 1–3 text messages depending on your service needs. You will only receive messages after you (a) verbally consent on the call with our AI voice agent and (b) reply YES to the confirmation text.

3. Message and Data Rates May Apply

Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages sent to or received from CallRecover. Contact your wireless carrier for pricing details.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS from CallRecover unless you initiate a new service request and complete the double opt-in again.

6. Consent

Consent is captured through verbal + SMS double opt-in. Our AI voice agent answers the caller's forwarded call, takes their details, then asks: "Would you also like a text message confirmation? This is optional - we'll call you back either way." If they say yes and called from a mobile number, CallRecover sends one message: "Classroom Panda LLC dba CallRecover: Reply YES to confirm SMS updates about your request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service." Only after they reply YES do further messages send. Call recording, transcript, number, timestamp, and YES reply are stored. Web form opt-in is also available at https://callrecover.net/sms-opt-in, where visitors enter name and mobile and check an unchecked box agreeing to receive transactional SMS from Classroom Panda LLC dba CallRecover, with STOP/HELP language and "Consent is not a condition of purchase." Timestamp, IP, and consent text are stored.

7. No Marketing Messages

CallRecover does not send promotional, advertising, or marketing SMS. All messages are transactional and directly related to a service request you initiated.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
