How we message you
CallRecover only texts callers after they've explicitly opted in — with two layers of consent: verbal confirmation on the call, then a confirmation text they must reply YES to. Business owners can also opt in directly via our web opt-in page.
1. Call is forwarded to our AI agent
When the business misses your call, it forwards to our AI voice agent. The agent takes your message and reason for calling so you get priority service placement — your job is logged before the callback even happens.
2. Verbal consent on the call
"Would you like a text confirmation and priority callback details at this number? Message frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out."
Your verbal response is recorded as proof of consent.
3. Confirmation text (double opt-in)
If you agreed verbally and called from a mobile number, we send one text:
"[Business] here — reply YES to confirm text updates and get priority callback. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
We only continue messaging after you reply YES.
Calling from a landline?
No text is sent. The agent confirms your message is logged with the operator and a callback is scheduled with additional details as quickly as possible.
